  • Assist potential clients with applications and outreach follow-ups.
  • Schedule and send reminders to clinicians and participants.
  • Moderate meetings, take minutes, and manage inquiry communications.
  • Cross-check payer-of-last-resort services and track individual expenditures.
Social Media & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute NEAM (National Epilepsy Awareness Month) campaigns and other awareness initiatives.
  • Curate and post weekly social media content with relevant captions and hashtags.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow EFMNY’s online presence.
  • Manage social media release forms and update LinkTree to align with campaigns
Grant & Reporting Support
  • Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and survey outreach.
  • Call individuals who received services to gather feedback and complete evaluations.
  • Retrieve reports from colleagues and maintain organized documentation.
Other Duties
  • Support the Director of Development with miscellaneous requests and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in public speaking engagements on behalf of EFMNY (e.g., media, news outlets).
  • Contribute creative ideas for programs, website content, and community engagement.
  • Ensure all required clearances for direct support are obtained and maintained.
