Job Summary:

About the Role & Program:

As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to be part of the magic as you support one of the following teams:

• ABC Entertainment ( Finance and Business Planning )– Primetime, Late Night and Daytime 
• ABC Entertainment (Marketing Finance & Business Planning)  
• Freeform (Marketing Finance & Business Planning)
• ABC News (Marketing Finance) 

This internship is a full-time, three-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June - August 2026.

What You Will Do:

• Operating plans, forecasts, and strategic plans
• P&L planning , budget, Variance, quarter, trend and acquisition analysis
• Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A), project modeling , and variance analysis
• Accounting: Quarter closings, cash flows, and reconciliations
• Ad hoc requests and reporting for your team and Senior Executives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A solid skill set gained through coursework in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration
• Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing environment and work situation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently
• Data analytics mindset
• A bility to structure projects and handle ambiguous data 
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education :

• Junior or Senior year preferred

• Major or previous coursework in Finance , A ccounting, Economics, Business , or related area

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization 

Additional Information:

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
• Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
