Family Nurse Practitioner – Moreno Valley, CA

Compensation: $70 – $85 per hour DOE

Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient clinic located in Moreno Valley, CA. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a growing family medicine clinic serving patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has at least one year of family practice experience. This position is fully outpatient with no on-call requirements and involves working closely with a collaborative medical team.

About the Job

This role is for a Family Nurse Practitioner in an established family practice clinic serving the Moreno Valley community. The clinic sees an average of 35-50 patients per day and offers a full range of primary care services for patients of all ages. The candidate will work alongside physicians and nurses to provide high-quality patient care, conduct physical exams, prescribe treatments, and educate patients and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and gather medical information.

• Perform physical exams to make accurate diagnoses.

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to prescribe and administer treatments.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.

• Educate patients and their families about best care practices at home.

• Document and update patient medical records.

• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family practice.

• Graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner program.

• Holds a valid Nurse Practitioner License in the state of California

• Skilled in patient care, physical exams, treatment planning, and patient education.

• Knowledgeable in primary care and family medicine procedures, outpatient care, and clinical workflows.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
