Description We are looking for a talented WordPress Web Developer to manage and enhance multiple websites while ensuring a seamless user experience. This role involves maintaining existing web properties and implementing strategic updates to elevate digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in web development, UX design, and digital marketing strategies to drive impactful results. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update five active websites, ensuring consistent branding and optimal functionality. - Overhaul existing websites and microsites to enhance user experience and improve navigation. - Develop strategies to expand web presence and contribute to broader digital marketing efforts. - Apply industry best practices to optimize website performance and structure. - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate multimedia elements, including video content. - Ensure all web assets align with organizational goals and design standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless website operation. - Implement responsive designs that perform effectively across various devices and platforms. - Optimize website content for search engines and user engagement. - Provide regular updates and reports on website performance and improvement initiatives. Requirements - Proficient in WordPress development, with experience in HubSpot and Mailchimp. - Expertise in HTML, CSS, and web page development. - Skilled in UX/UI design with a focus on creating customer-centric experiences. - Familiarity with the Adobe Suite and basic AI tools. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content optimization. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks using personal equipment. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
