Edenbrook Platteville is looking for their next front desk/receptionist. We are a skilled nursing facility that's part of the Eden Senior Care network.

Work Schedule: 8am – 4pm Saturday Sunday weekends. Flexibility with weekend schedules, as this role alternates weekends with another staff member.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to add a personable Front Desk/Receptionist to our team!

This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests to the facility and excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with administrative tasks including scanning documents, resident trust, AP, scheduling care conferences, and more.

The ideal candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably have prior experience in a healthcare setting.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the resident's needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time.
• Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs.
• Operates multiline telephone and paging system efficiently and professionally.
• Answers incoming calls, determines the nature of the call and routes the call to the appropriate party.
• Handles sensitive information regarding residents' and other facility matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintains resident trust fund accounts.
