FSSI is currently looking for a part-time Warehouse/Fulfillment Clerk  to join our team in Santa Ana, CA . This position is responsible for performing general operational tasks in the Warehouse and Fulfillment departments. This position drives company vehicles as needed to local shipping facilities (such as UPS, FedEx).

Part-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm (Part-time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the stock handling and storage of products and shipping materials.
• Prepare packages for inventory.
• Prepare daily fulfillment packages. Pick, Pack and Ship processes.
• Process packages for domestic and global shipping through FedEx, USPS, and LTL Freight.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Perform general warehouse and fulfillment functions as needed, including forklift operation
• Reports unsafe tools, facility and equipment issues immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned, dependent on the changing needs of the organization
• Drive company vehicles as needed (vehicles that require Class C, Non-Commercial license).
• Aid in facility recycling programs.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Related experience in a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment environment preferred.
• Must have a current class C Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating a Forklift, specifically Stand Up and Sit-Down units is preferred. Will be required to obtain in-house Forklift Certification.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently. Specific vision required by this job includes close, distant, and peripheral vision, and adjust focus. Steel-toe footwear must be worn while on the job site at all times regardless of the presence of a hazard.
