We offer unlimited earning potential , with a base pay of $16/hr + commission , allowing top performers to earn significantly more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, life & disability insurance, paid sick time, vacation, holidays, and your birthday off. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.

Requirements for our Call Center Sales Representative:
Massachusetts Residency: Candidates must reside in Massachusetts to be considered.
Sales DNA: Self-motivated with a passion for closing deals.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Motivated by hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Positive Attitude: Upbeat and resilient, even when facing rejection.

Responsibilities for our Call Center Sales Representative:
Dial, Close, Succeed: Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
Sales Across Campaigns: Promote Weed Man’s lawn care and Mosquito Hero programs and upsell add-on services.
Engage and Persuade: Effectively identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
Log and Track: Accurately input customer information into the CRM system.
