Role duties include administering prescribed treatments, verifying plans, positioning patients, monitoring for reactions, maintaining safety, and documenting outcomes. Growth pathways include hands-on skill expansion, exposure to advanced techniques, QA processes, and potential specialization in image-guided therapy, brachytherapy, or planning optimization. The compensation package is competitive: weekly pay from 2,411 to 2,578, with bonus opportunities, housing assistance, and potential contract extensions. Hours are not guaranteed (0.0), reflecting scheduling variability tied to patient needs.
