**Job Title: Welders** Job Description We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our production team, where the focus is on efficiency and quality. You will work primarily on a weld table using jigs for higher volume projects. The ideal candidate will produce quality MIG/TIG welds that minimize the need for post-work such as grinding or polishing, and possess the ability to fabricate and fit parts for custom projects when necessary. Responsibilities + Perform TIG welding in a production environment with a focus on efficiency. + Utilize jigs and weld tables for higher volume projects. + Produce quality TIG welds with minimal need for finishing work. + Fabricate and fit parts for custom projects as required. + Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel. + Read blueprints and use tape measures to set up projects in the jigs. Essential Skills + Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG/TIG welding. + Ability to weld thin gauge metals, particularly stainless steel sheet metal. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a tape measure. + Comfortable working in a production environment focused on timely welds. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in fabrication and fitting parts is a plus. + MIG welding experience is a plus to assist in other areas or products **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
