We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement across key platforms. You'll be the voice of Spotter.Ai, crafting compelling content, building communities, and providing data-driven insights to fuel our growth. • Create engaging content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, and other SM platforms).
• Write captions, select hashtags, and plan posting schedules.
• Coordinate with designers for visuals, videos, and stories.
• Write video scripts for videos and ad creatives.

Community Management:

• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions daily.
• Respond to followers promptly and professionally.
• Engage with relevant industry accounts, influencers, and partners to increase visibility.

Reporting:

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in tech or AI-related fields.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
• Familiarity with AI trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a remote setting.
