Server Assistant ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our dining experience by providing essential support to our servers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the server team in delivering exceptional service to our guests, helping to create memorable dining experiences that uphold Noksu’s reputation for excellence.

 

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes and utensils
• Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest requests or concerns
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to relay guest feedback, special requests, and other relevant information, contributing to the overall success of the service team
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures, as well as adherence to Noksu's policies and protocols
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies, and completing side work tasks as assigned
• Follow   N oksu's   service standards and protocols, including uniform guidelines, grooming standards, and service etiquette
• Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions, and to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Operate ethically to protect the image of the compan y

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience as a Runner or Busser in a high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact professionally with guests and coworkers
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
