The Opportunity
Help shape the future of a DTC beauty brand people already love—and help propel it into a global powerhouse. We’re seeking a strategic, ambitious media buying leader to own our paid media engine across every channel. You’ll have the autonomy to architect and scale a media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, CTV, streaming, podcasts and whatever platform comes next. Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution :
    • Develop and execute multi‑platform paid media strategies (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, etc.).
    • Test and scale emerging channels to drive growth and engagement.
    • Run brand awareness campaigns on TV, CTV, podcasts and streaming, measuring impact on sales and brand.
    • Set and optimize channel KPIs to hit performance targets.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Attribution :
    • Use multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam) to evaluate campaigns, tracking ROI and brand metrics.
    • Translate data into actionable insights to optimize spend and strategy.
    • Deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership.
  • Innovation & Testing :
    • Stay current on paid media, social advertising and attribution trends to keep the brand competitive.
    • Test and optimize new channels and formats to expand reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Meta Ads Expertise : 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ($1M+/month spend) Meta ad campaigns with a deep understanding of targeting, creative strategy, and optimization techniques.
  • Google & Amazon Ads Proficiency : 3+ years of experience managing Google and Amazon Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads.
  • Attribution Tools Experience : Proficiency with multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) to track and analyze cross-channel performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Brand Awareness Campaigns : Experience running and optimizing campaigns on TV, CTV, podcasts, or other brand-awareness platforms with the ability to measure impact on sales.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Strong grasp of how ad creative, landing pages, and conversion experience work together, with experience optimizing the complete customer journey from click to purchase.

  • Adaptability : Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
