Description of the role
The Restaurant Host or Hostess at Dakota Kitchen and Lounge in Aberdeen, SD will be responsible for warmly greeting and seating guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Answer incoming calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
