Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing client appointments through chat and email communication . This is a non-voice, fully remote position , ideal for organized individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a structured environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments accurately
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and email/chat tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus (training provided)
