Role Description Joel Girouard - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Process payments and service customer accounts.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and provide timely responses to customer needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Pass background check.
- Louisiana Property and Casualty license required within 30 days of hire (must currently hold or be eligible to obtain). Licensing cost reimbursement available.
Compensation: $39,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
