• Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions by analyzing liens, maps, public records, leases, plat books, agreements, surveys, and contracts
• Prepare closing statements after reviewing all closing documents to ensure all title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and transfer title to the new owner
• Record all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners
• Check for real estate title defects after conducting property search for title issues such as liens, claims, deeds, wills, mortgages, or fraud

Qualifications:

• Prefer process-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals.
