Job Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Robbinsdale, MN

Rate: $37.94/hour - $53.99/hour

Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Schedule: 72 hours per 2-week pay period

Weekend Requirements: Every Weekend

Job Summary:

North Memorial Health is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for night shifts. The technologist will perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while delivering exceptional patient care. This role interacts with patients across the lifespan-from neonate to geriatric populations-and supports the organization's mission by promoting quality outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures accurately and efficiently in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in emergent or unexpected situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and utilize imaging and hospital systems appropriately.
• Interact with physicians, team members, patients, and families in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain access and responsibility for medications relevant to job duties.
• Uphold department and organizational goals by accepting additional tasks and demonstrating team collaboration.
• Maintain and improve skills listed in the position skills checklist, demonstrating ongoing professional development.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred
• Licensure/Certification:
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS (Only required for Cath Lab positions)
