About the Role
Crab Boss is seeking dependable long-distance drivers to deliver pre-paid customer orders across multiple states. This is NOT a local delivery position. Drivers must be comfortable driving 4–12 hours per route.

Mandatory:
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday
What You’ll Do
- Drive long-distance highway routes (4–12 hours)
- Deliver pre-paid customer orders accurately and on time
- Follow assigned routes and communicate with dispatch
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain basic logs
- Load/unload orders and handle customer interactions professionally
Requirements
- Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to work all four days (Fri–Mon)
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Excellent navigation and time-management skills
- Must prefer highway / long-distance driving
- Able to work independently
Compensation
- Route-based pay
- Company vehicle provided
- Fuel paid by company
- Hotel provided for overnight routes
