  • Report findings to the right owners and design/facilitate training as needed.

Elevate Audits & Training

  • Train, guide, and oversee quality auditors on projects and daily tasks.
  • Establish audit protocols and streamline communications.
  • Audit routinely to confirm SOP compliance.
  • Investigate returns to identify damage sources.
  • Coach warehouse associates on the return investigation process.

Champion Continuous Improvement

  • Spot and scope improvement projects; lead teams as required.
  • Analyze service claims for repeat reasons; share insights and recommendations with manufacturing and quality leaders.
  • Review replacement part requests for trends and determine root causes.
  • Flag products with chronic delivery issues and recommend removal from the sales floor where appropriate.

Ensure Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance to established processes in partnership with RDC leadership.
  • Escalate non-compliance when necessary.
  • Keep equipment safe and operational.
  • Uphold PPE usage and safety standards to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Support area leadership in improving production control, SOPs, safety, QC, and performance management systems.

Lead & Develop People

  • Make or recommend decisions on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, and pay adjustments.
  • Coordinate auditor workloads to hit department goals.
  • Manage performance through coaching, mentoring, and formal reviews.
  • Plan and enable training and skill development.
  • Maintain precise timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Communicate priorities via team meetings, 1:1s, coaching, training, and company learning programs.
  • Promote growth and career development.

Optimize Resources

  • Deploy equipment, facilities, people, methods, and materials effectively.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available for quality operations.
