Apple Lincoln Apple Valley is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lincoln Priority Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and the service department, you will ensure an exceptional service experience while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate service recommendations and estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
• Review and explain repair orders and service charges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service concerns.
• Maintain Lincoln's high standards for luxury service experiences.
• Promote additional services or maintenance when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Use close vision abilities
• Operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license

* Occasionally, required to:

• Lift or move up to 50 lbs
