Days/Hours of Work: Tuesday-Saturday 4:30am-1:00pm
Job Summary
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily inventory count. Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
Identifies and reports close-dated product and any product that is mislabeled with incorrect BBE date as needed.
Coordinates inbound and outbound dunnage loads daily and weekly.
Reconciles open purchase orders daily and weekly. Assists in invoice management. Approves all STO/PO corrections. Submits Bottler Resolution Forms (BRF).
Complies with all internal control requirements and documentation storage.
Adheres to product quality guidelines including product returns.
Responsible for warehouse traceability and quality hold processes and routines.
Collaborates with TMS on scheduling all carriers and any claims tipped loads/frozen product.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
Prior experience in warehouse or inventory required.
Strong computer and database skills, including SAP, Excel, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay: $20.00 an hour
