Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Mechanical Installation Technician for a respected company in Verona, PA . This full-time, first-shift opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and labor-intensive environment.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start (8-hour shifts)
Location: Verona, PA 15147
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site repair and installation of tarp systems for triaxle truck bodies and semi-trailers
Use hand and power tools for mechanical installation
Work with aluminum rails, bow assemblies, metal pulleys, spring arms, motors, cabling, and vinyl panels
Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to fix/assemble components
Comfortable lifting and positioning parts for installation
Experience with tarp systems and trailer/truck body work is a plus
Forklift operation experience is helpful
Valid driver’s license required (Class A CDL preferred)
Ability to measure accurately and read instructions
Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
