Human Resources Manager Job Description Renesas Electronics America is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to provide on-site HR support to business leaders and staff at our **Palm Bay, FL location.** **Responsibilities:** + Understanding business unit specific priorities, challenges, and goals. + Partnering with employees, business leaders, COE's, and HR Business Partners to provide support on a broad range of employment topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, talent assessment, policy interpretation, etc.). + Addressing local HR issues and ensuring the delivery of a consistent employee experience. + Supporting local recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners. + Monitoring changes and trends in local legislative requirements Qualifications + Experience: Minimum 3-5 years HR Generalist experience + **This is an-onsite position for candidates in Palm Bay, Fl.** + Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly at all levels of the organization + Possess knowledge of principles and procedures for employee recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits + Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations + Self-motivated and able to take initiative + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong persuasion and influencing skills + Experience in leading Employee Relations investigations + Organized and able to multitask with deep attention to detail **_Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
