**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Champion employee relations and drive a culture of engagement and inclusion
+ Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
+ Lead talent development initiatives and workforce planning

**Work Environment**
This position supports our Georgia Aggregates Team and operates in a professional office setting with occasional visits to plant or field locations. It requires collaboration across departments and may involve travel to other sites within the region.
