As an Event Promotions Assistant , you’ll be the face of our client brands, helping create meaningful connections with consumers. Your responsibilities will include:
Represent client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training
Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers
Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to enhance campaign performance
