Database Analyst - PostgreSQL | Trenton, New Jersey | Hybrid

Join CAI as a Database Analyst and elevate your career by implementing and maintaining cutting-edge data architecture solutions. This role offers the chance to work with a robust tech stack, including PostgreSQL and AWS databases, within a supportive and innovative environment focused on impactful research and enforcement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop ETL routines within the silver layer of the research data lake
• Collaborate with research scientists to align business use cases in the gold layer
• Ensure data hygiene across all layers and document data flows
• Integrate new data sources and maintain transparency in data transformations
• Support business compliance tools and strategic enforcement initiatives
• Create pipelines for tracking wage theft violations and WALL implementation
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational DBMS
• Strong experience in ETL and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with AWS database ecosystem (Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, Redshift)
• Working knowledge of BI tools and dashboard creation
• PostgreSQL and AWS QuickSight experience
