**Customer Service Representative** **Location:** Seattle, WA** **Pay Rate:** $24/hr** ***MUST HAVE Adobe CS and preferred print experience**** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. **Responsibilities:** + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat + Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details + Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues + Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and detail + Collaborate with internal teams when additional support is needed + Maintain professionalism, empathy, and high-quality service during all interactions + Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction **Requirements:** + 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred but not required) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency with computers, typing, and navigating multiple systems + Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service#CB #P1 #P2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
