We strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture to deliver exceptional patient experiences and create a strong work environment. **What You Can Expect:** + Full time and Part time available + Day, swing, and night shift available. 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off schedule with 12 hour shifts + Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff + Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits + Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians. **Qualifications:** + Education: High school diploma or equivalent + Experience: 3 years relevant experience + Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P State of Practice; + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. + Valid driver's license. **What's in it for you** At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
