What to expect as a Commercial Solutions Banker

  • As a Commercial Solutions Banker , you’ll serve as a key member of our Digital Banking team, delivering a high-touch, seamless digital experience for commercial and business clients. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, treasury service implementation, and digital banking support while building strong relationships that drive satisfaction and growth. Expect to work in a collaborative, tech-forward environment where your expertise in banking and digital solutions makes a real impact.

What You’ll Contribute in This Role:

  • Client Onboarding & Account Opening
    • Serve as the primary contact for new commercial clients during deposit account setup. Guide clients through documentation and digital onboarding for accurate, efficient setup.
    • Open commercial checking accounts while ensuring compliance with KYC, BSA/AML, and internal controls.
  • Cash Management & Treasury Services
    • Implement treasury solutions such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, and liquidity tools.
    • Conduct client training on digital platforms and collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Digital Banking Support
    • Provide Tier 1 support for online and mobile banking, including troubleshooting and navigation assistance.
    • Manage support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely resolution and strong digital engagement.
  • Relationship Management
    • Deliver concierge-level service, resolve inquiries, and build lasting client relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for additional banking solutions and advise on fraud prevention best practices.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate records, monitor risk indicators, and support process improvements for a better client experience.

  What You’ll Leverage in this Role:

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, or a similar client service role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial account structures and treasury service products.

Entrepreneurial Mentality

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client needs and introducing solutions that drive growth.

Master Communicator

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high-touch, client-focused experience.

Banking & Fintech Acumen

  • Proficiency in ACH and wire transfer processes, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and sweep account setup.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and core banking systems.

Tech-Forward & Analytical Thinking

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Comfort with troubleshooting digital tools and guiding clients through technical processes.
