As Campus Security Manager (CSM) you will be tasked with driving operational security excellence in several separate facilities located in a defined area. You will be responsible for all Security Operations. Ensuring constant vigilance from Contract Supervisors, and the contracted guard force, a successful CSM will drive improvements across their area. CSMs will be tasked with leading campus wide projects in all aspects of the DC physical security program. CSMs will assist the Regional Security Manager (RSM) with any other projects or programs as needed, and will assist with the hiring and onboarding of new security personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES, Other Duties May Be AssignedPosition may involve frequent typing, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching and lifting. Lifting requirements may range from <10 lbs. – 50 lbs. on a regular basis with heavier weights done in conjunction with other individuals or lifting aids
