Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING Assembly & Materials Specialists
- Day Shift: 8:30 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday $19.00 p/h
- Swing Shift: 4 pm-2:30 am Monday-Thursday $21.00 p/h
- East Boise work location

Duties:
- Lay out and prep parts per parts lists and schematics
- Review parts lists and match components
- Assemble semi-trailer belts using hand and power tools
- Safe use of overhead cranes
- Inspect quality and palletize finished product
- Operate forklift to move materials and product
- Pull, stage, and palletize parts by pick list
- Load/unload inbound and outbound trucks
- Receive and verify freight
- Drive 26’ curtain-side truck as needed (no CDL)
- Perform basic computer tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Be drug free
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to safely lift and move 50 lbs.
- Ability to read parts lists and basic schematics
- Forklift experience preferred (or trainable)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-focused with good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
