About The Role As an Agent in Training, you’ll play a key role in providing tailored protection solutions for clients while developing advanced business and sales strategies alongside a seasoned agency team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct thorough insurance consultations to align clients with appropriate coverage
- Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support
- Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
- Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards
Qualifications Candidates must bring proven industry experience and proper California licensing.
Required: - 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to consistently meet production goals
- High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
