Job Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic medical treatments such as neurotoxin, intravenous (IV), IPL, RF microneedling and other physician-approved procedures.
• Assist physicians during laser, regenerative, and anti-aging treatments.
• Conduct patient intake, medical history review, and treatment documentation.
• Provide pre-treatment instructions and thorough post-treatment care guidance.
• Monitor patient responses during and after procedures to ensure safety at all times.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, skincare routines, and product usage.
• Stay current with industry standards, aesthetic technologies, and continuing education.

Job Requirements

• Current and valid California RN license (required).
• 2+ year of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferred (<1 year experience may be acceptable for otherwise exceptional candidates).
• Skilled in aesthetic procedures, or have a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient care skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Passion for aesthetics and helping patients achieve their goals.

Schedule and Availability

• Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
