Account Executive – Solar Sales | High Commissions

At Semper SolR, we’re looking for ambitious and experienced Account Executives who want to build long-term success while helping homeowners save money through clean solar energy. We provide qualified leads, comprehensive solar training, and a proven system designed for high-performing closers.

Compensation & Benefits
• Commission-Based (Top performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ per year )
• Leads Provided + 2 self-generated days per week

Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations with qualified homeowners
• Present customized solar proposals and close contracts confidently
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with customers using our CRM system
• Educate homeowners on solar incentives, energy savings, and system options
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
• Hit or exceed monthly closing and revenue goals
• Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
• Confident, professional, and highly motivated closer
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a track record of exceeding goals
• Prior solar or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Full-time availability preferred
